You define and execute marketing strategies that clearly differentiate LEKKA in the market, leading brand and trade marketing with a strong focus on impact and ROI. You own the brand portfolio, lead a high-performing marketing team, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. Through data-driven decision-making, sharp market insights, and disciplined budget management, you ensure that LEKKA reaches, attracts, and converts consumers—ultimately driving revenue growth, rotation and margin expansion.
Key responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that strengthens LEKKA's identity. Ensure consistent, relevant brand messaging and a cohesive visual identity across all channels to drive brand awareness, penetration, and long-term brand equity.
Brand & Trade Marketing Planning: Plan, lead, and execute brand and trade marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Ensure all marketing activities are tightly aligned with commercial objectives and the overall business strategy.
Campaign Development & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, and event channels. Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand values and deliver measurable business impact. Maintain a strong focus on social media (content, paid, influencer marketing) and retail media, developing high-impact creatives that maximize reach, impressions, engagement, and community growth.
Market Analysis & Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities. Translate insights into actionable strategies to continuously optimize campaign performance and brand relevance.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team (2 people), fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and executional excellence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
- Budget Management & Performance Reporting: Own and manage the marketing budget with a strong ROI mindset. Track spend and performance, analyze key KPIs, and translate results into clear reporting and recommendations to guide future investment and sustainable growth.
